2013 Comment Challenge

It's not too late! I do try to comment on other blogs regularly because I rather enjoy it when people comment here. If you feel that you need some help getting into the commenting habit, head over to Lee Wind's blog for

THE 2013 COMMENT CHALLENGE!

For 21 days in a row (from today, January 11 through Thursday January 31) leave at least five comments on different kid lit blogs a day.  Five a day, and research shows that in 21 days you'll have a new habit. (And elementary school math shows that you'll have left 105 comments - but we'll give you one day off, so the goal is 100 comments!)

This is co-hosted by one of my favorite bloggers, MotherReader, who hosts the fabulous 48 Hour Reading Challenge that I love to do every year!

I've found some fun blogs by going through the list and commenting. I do begin to loathe CAPTCHA codes however...

  3. Those of us struggling to find five things to say each day really appreciate those of you who post every day.

Do you like it when people comment to say "good book" or "wouldn't want to read that?", in other words, do you appreciate even vapid comments?

  4. I don't know if I'll join the challenge, but I do try to comment on other blogs.
I've heard about it becoming a habit after a certain time.
    I think it's a great challenge

I try to comment a lot, mostly because I like reading other people's blogs! ;) Thank you for telling us about the challenge!
