Summer Reading Throwdown!

Darn you, Brain Lair! I have resisted tweeting until now, but in order to sign up, I had to have a Twitter account. I'm now #Msyingling, but don't expect constant updates on what I had for breakfast!

Heise Reads and Recommends and Wyz Reads have a little competition going on, and invite other teachers and librarians into the fray. Since I lost the last throwdown I was involved in (it was an Accelerated Reader one with a very motivated science teacher-- I racked up 500.5 points before I just gave up!), I am motivated!

The book keeping may be my downfall, but hopefully I can get a few points for my team.

As for Gauntlet Flinging, are you up for this challenge, Mr. Buxton?
