I worry that I enable my kids ...What a great story! I worry that I enable my kids too much, because I supply so many of their reading books. They barely use their school libraries, instead texting me books I should get him at the public library (high schooler) or just picking from the choices I tend to leave out on his shelves (middle schooler). I have visions of the younger one moving off to college and having nothing to read. Volunteering to shelve books, and just working my way through the fiction section, author by author. It made me a bit sentimental, visiting my daughter's elementary school library for the first time a couple of weeks ago (at new parent night).
