I checked out exactly 400 books. This was actually a lower amount than in years past. Not even a book a minute. Geez. Must be slacking.This was the check out line. Faces are blurred so specific students can't be identified.
The sticky note system worked pretty well!

Can you explain what the sticky note system is?
See the post below-- I gave the sticky notes to children, and they put their name and home room on it, stuck it on the book, and put the book on the cart. I checked the books out when I had a little down time (!) and delivered them to the teachers after school. The children will have their books first thing this morning!
